 Follow My Step by Step procedure and Diet schedule to Lose weight in 7 days.

STEP 1 : Diet Plan :
                
The First step to Lose weight is managing your diet.We need to lose some serious weight in a very short Time.This is Not going to be as easy as it Looks. Its upto you that can you bear this diet plan Or not.The Following are its Salient Point .
  • Breakfast : When you woke up in Morining this First thing You need to do is Make a cup Of hot Green/black tea in water And drink it while its hot.After this full boil an Egg and Eat it.Nothing else.Donot Waste TIme.After this Get to Basics exercise.warm up And its Time to Jogg.Step 2 will explain the exercise involved at morning.
  • Lunch : Well this the time when You really Need to Control because people usually make the Most of calories at this hour.All youu will have to eat at Lunch is that take a small plate. and take lettuce, Carrot,Cucumber,Brocolli,Leaf of cabbage or any green vegetable.
    Also you can make soup of these vegetables and eat it its totally upto you but not more than a small bowl.After that you must drink cup of hot 
    Green Tea.This is the main ingreindient of this diet plan.
  • Dinner :  Well the best thing is that you have Dinner Right after Sunset.Dinner must be very light.you can Eat Some green vegetables to maintain some diet but not much.Have a cup of hot Green Tea  Before and after it.When you will have dinner in time than the food you will eat will be consumed more rather than eating late night.

STEP 2) : Exercise :
                 The most Important way of losing weight is exercise.Without exercise this diet is useless.We have Already made up Some plan how will You Conduct the exercise Schedule according to time.
  • Morning Exercise ; When you wake up right after breakfast that we have mentioned above Follow this Exercise Schedule.What we Need is Consistency and determination.Go to an open ground or a place to exercise.Try to woke up early in the morning 6:00am  Most preffered.
    First of ALL atleast jog 2 km and 15 minute inteval break and again 2 km & again & Again.
    Try to Make it atleast 6 km in the morning.By jog we mean jog not walk.Try to make a target and try best to Acheive it.After Jogg Please Follow Our Daily Workout Schedule.

    1. 8 km Jogg.
    2. Jumping jacks 30 times/Cycle
    3.Wait Sit  15 times/Cycle
    4. Push Ups 12 times/Cycle
    5. Crunches 20 times/Cycle
    6  Step Up On to Chair 15/Cycle
    7. Squats  15 times/cycle
    8. Tricep Dips 10 times/Cycle
    9. Planck 30 seconds
    10. High Knees Running 30 meters/Cycle
    11. Lunge 15 both legs 20 times/cycle
    12.push up rotation (optional)
    13.Side Plank 20 seconds/cycle

    NOTE : The Above Workout schedule is designed under Normal preference. Its up to you how many times you do repetition in 1 Cycle.Please try to do At least Two cycles in the morning.The Total time require For whole Workout include jog is at least 2 hours in Morning.Woke up early at 6:00 am and try to Finish this till 8:00am .
  • Evening Exercise :  Right at 3:45 pm in the Evening Buckle up.Wear heavy and warm dress even in hot weather so that you sweat more.the Key is sweating to lose weight.Drink a cup of Hot Green Tea Before and after exercise & Move toward the exercise Arena or place where you Exercise.The Schedule for the evening is the Same.But this Time try to do more Repetitions or do More Cycles.use Head phones so that you can Focus in a better way.Try To Complete your Routine Till Sunset & Head back Home.As plan Hav Dinner as Soon as you reach home according to our Diet plan.
  • Bed Time Exercise : Before Going to Bed try to do some routine exercise that are possible at home.Try to focus on Crunches,Planck 7 squats.
    Specail bed time exercise is that put your one leg on a chair or a support .Without moving your other leg move forward and Contract your legs.than move back and expand.This is For that you willnot feel Much Pain.And get a goodnight sleep and Donot Sleep on Belly.
